I am an out and my partner is a highschool teacher?

My partner and I have been together for over 2 1/2 years, I am very open about myself, I don't go crazy flaunting it but I would never deny it. My partner is a teacher at a high school and refuses to come out to anyone. We recently decided to go ahead next year and try to get pregnant, my only problem is what example is that for our child if she is not cofortable with her uality then what does it teach them? I would just like some advice, no critics please just some real advice. I am questioning even moving forward knowing she will not change.
