Need help with sleeping!!!!!!!?

Try going to bed at like 11 tomorrow night and wake up around 8. do a work out. run a mile, do crunches, sit ups all that good stuff. try not to nap at all. not even a cat nap. Drink tons of water too. Stay outside in the sun as much as you can. you will fall right to sleep that night.
