I had my teeth bonded and the bonding enamel chipped again.?

I am very poor and can't afford to go to a doctor and get them fixed again. Does anyone know what the enamel bonding is so I can make it up at home and fix my front tooth. Please also include see-through paint the dentist use. -- Thank you.
