Should a Black judge be allowed to rule on a Civil Rights case? Should a Gay one possibly rule on Gay Marriage?

Not sure about the Black judge; but, the gay judge purposely did not reveal his bias and the fact that he was in a gay relationship. He should have rec used himself from the case. His ruling should be thrown out. By the way, comparisons between gay marriage and Black civil rights is ignorance run rampant.
