To the liberals who think we should go into every country where human rights are being breached?

Since most of you believe publicly funded state education is a basic human right, why don't we invade all third-world countries, execute their leaders and institute public education, all at the expense of the American taxpayer? Or do liberals only care when there are m resources to be attained, thus proving they aren't as humanitarian as they claim to be?
