Connect PlayStation 3 to computer?

My TV is always being used for other things besides gaming. So the only option I have is my computer monitor. I have a CRT monitor, for those who don't know the old fat ones. And my graphics card has HMDI, and it is the HD 5450. I am running Windows 7 on an i5 PC. Is their a way I can use my computer screen as a TV to play the PS3, or maybe a software that would help with this?
