Good fishing lures and techniques for a weedy pond?

I was recently fishing a very smy and weedy MONSTER b and MONSTER pike pond off a main river, but question is how do I get them to bite. I've tried s frogs, gulp worm, jitterbugs, poppers, zara spooks, stanley ribbit frogs, yum money hounds, and nothing will bite anything, and its hard to fish it with cranks, buzzbaits even spinnerbaits because of the s on top of the water and the weeds 6 inches from the surface, fishing them slow, meduim, or fast, nothing, and their in there because I can see them jump and feeding on topwater, please give me some tips.
