How to find a estate agent with heart in Portland Oregon to find me a home sweet home?

I am relocating from Louisville Kentucky to Oregon. I am really interested in finding a estate agent who is willing to help me to find the dream house for my family. I have owned houses before, but, many of the agents I met are all for money only, the service is poor. All they care about is commision. Nothing else. Similar to the mortgage industry, there are way too many predatory mortgage lending and service... It is sad.
