I think my budgie is sick, Help?

I know you said you can't bring your bird to a vet, but if you can't bring it to a vet, you should not have a bird. Birds are VERY delicate animals and need proper veterinary care by an avian vet. Since birds are flock animals, they hide their illness so they are not abandoned by their flock (a sick bird is a danger to the flock so they will abandon the sick bird). So when the bird starts showing signs of illness, many times it is too late. PLEASE find a way to get your bird to a vet.
