Christians and Lord of the Rings enthusiasts: Religious Examples in Lord of the Rings?

What are some concrete parallels between Christianity and Lord of the Rings? I realize honor, humility, self sacrifice, resurrection etc... but what scenes specifically come to mind with this question? Many people think Lord of the Rings is anti-religious, but it is hard to ignore Tolkiens intention with underlying Christian concepts and concrete examples... thanks! cant wait to hear others' perspectives!!!
