What are my chances...?

i have mild dysplasia and genital warts. i heard from somone on here that that means i have both strains. but i was told that even the low risk hpv causes mild dysplasia and genital warts. the high risk only causes moderate or severe dysplasia. if i dont have neither of those two, then i only have low risk. my doc didnt tell me. plus, if i was a smoker when i was diagnosed but i quit for almost 2 months, what are my chances of it going back to normal. i have my first coloscopy in aug. do you think that since im not smoking and eatin healthy, taking my vitamins, that it could go away? what are my chances of it progresing to moderate dysplasia?
