Does anyone know of a reconstruction dentist that does pro bono work in Washington state?

My boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident almost two years ago which resulted in him knocking out his teeth. He does not have any insurance and we have very little money. He would like very much to have his teeth fixed for many many reasons. If anyone has any resources for this your shared knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
