Does he know that I like him?

So this guy and I have kinda had this unspoken relationship for two years, we are friends but not super close, we hang out and stuff but neither of us have ever said anything to make our feelings known. However I have been told by all my friends that is completely obvious that I like him, but i never paid attention to them cuz I came straight out and told them so I would hope it would seem obvious to them haha! But I just had a grad party and a woman I work with who had never even seen him or him and I together before in her life told me the next day that she could totally tell I was into him... so Im wondering if she can tell by just one moment does that guarantee that he knows? Im almost positive he likes me too, cuz whenever we make eye contact he smiles and stares then gets nervous but maybe im misinterpreting that... and we are both shy people so I have no idea how to handle the situation! AAHHH!! FML lol help !
