I made apprx $3000 in 2007 at my part-time job. No taxes withheld. Would I get the EIC with my three children?

In other words, Would it be beneficial for me to file; would I receive the Earned Income Credit even though I did not have them take any taxes out of my (tiny!) paychecks?
